Arsenale Group, the Italian company behind the brand-new luxury tourist rail business La Dolce Vita Orient Express, hosted Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni aboard a mock version of the upcoming rail experience yesterday at the three-day Italian international wine and spirits exhibition, Vinitaly, currently taking place in Verona.
Paolo Barletta, CEO of Arsenale Group, escorted PM Meloni on the tour of the carriages that will make up La Dolce Vita Orient Express, which is scheduled to launch in the Spring of 2025.
The occasion also held significance as it marked the first ‘Made in Italy’ National Day for the European country, celebrated on 15 April.
